Congratulations! And Welcome Avry!
I was up all night Googleing SBS and child development when I stumbled across your site. It is so refreshing to see a positive site related to this issue. My son Eden was shaken by his Dad on August 20th 2009. He was only two months old but, like Noah, he survived. I am doing everything i can (PT/OT, glasses etc.) to help him fully recover. I pray every day. Anyway I bookmarked your site so I can log back in and follow your story. Congratulations on your new baby Avry (love the name!). Dear Mike and Erin – I am so very happy to hear of your new addition to your family! I started following this blog after seeing prayer requests last spring on Kelly Stamps “Kelly’s Korner”. I have prayed over Noah and the two of you ever since. Please keep your loyal readers updated on how Noah and everyone is doing when you have the time. Would also love to see photos of your boys if you are willing to share. I understand if you don’t feel comfortable sharing photos…..I will continue to pray for you guys anyway. God is good!!

Congratulations on the birth of Avry! I have been following Noah’s journey for awhile but I have never commented. I came here today to look for an email address for you. I am a professional photographer that volunteers for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep (www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org). We provide free photography for infant bereavement. I received a call yesterday afternoon from a family member of a 5 week old baby boy that had head trauma. Sadly, he is no longer with us. I won’t publicly share details but I would love to know if there is anything that I can do to help Mom. I know that this is a busy time for you. If you wouldn’t mind getting in touch with me when you get a chance, it would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

Congratulations!! I’m sure everyone is very excited about the new addition! I also have two boys, the newest one gracing us with his presence in Oct. 09, and boys are so much! I’ve been following your blog for quite some time but never posted here (I have on FB) and have not stopped praying for Noah’s complete recovery. Again, congratulations!

Congrats! I have been a long time reader and this is my first comment. You have been through more than I could ever begin to imagine. From the first time I read your story, I woke up my daughter and just held her and cried. You are amazing people.
